    This company has been contacting my work and leaving messages as well as contacting family. I want it to stop. If they have information regarding a debt, they need to mail it to my address.

    I got a call from NCB telling me I need to call them about a legal matter and when I called they would not tell me what it was about. The guy said His name was Patrick. I am really shaken up by this guy. I think it is over a hospital bill I didn’t pay because I never saw a doctor and I walked out It originally was 497 and two weeks later I get a bill for $9000 now they are asking for $1200 something. Once you register and you go to a room you are charge a head charge is how it was explained to me!

    Currently researching my mother’s bank statements for the past year. She permitted my wife and I to see what is going on. My mother is elderly and on a fixed income and has encountered some financial difficulties. I’m taking notice of a 250.00 draft from her account each month, paid to NCB. I wish I could, that’s the frustrating part. My mother is not providing all of the information for us to assist her with her budget. My guess is she may have abused a retail credit account. I wish there was. My concern right now is that the 250.00 per month charge seems to be a bit excessive. Also, if she did happen to get into trouble with a retail charge account I feel credit counseling would be a better avenue for her, given her tight budget!

    These people have been constantly calling my working screaming at my employees when I am not there. They have been told to stop calling my place of employment. I do not care that they call my cell phone, I can block the numbers. I have a debt and I will take care of it as soon as I can but this is uncalled for. The lady’s name is Adrianne I believe. Calling from many different numbers. Harassing me is one thing but to scream at my employees is unnecessary. It is none of their concern.

    I Got a letter in the mail on April 13 From my local court to appear on 07/12/2017 at 2:00 For a company NCB Management Services With a Michael Scott I want to see What I can do to stay out of court not sure but I looked at my credit report and the only NCB Management Services I see is they bought out another loan I had with Santander Consumer USA,INC which Sold the Car I had.

    Hello Melanie I am chatting with you concerning NCB Management debt collection services to keep calling my mother who has dementia. They will not speak to me about this issue and all bills are paid through me and there is nothing outstanding. What can you tell me about this management service? All that I want to know is this: is this a scam situation? I don’t see the need to give you my phone number since I have no idea who you are although I did find you on Google.     Is this the company that is a debt collection agency. No as long as we don’t get to personal. I was contacted by a Gary about my account with ncb. There was no phone # associated with the call and I wanted to set up payment plan!

    Robert Giannotti called my workplace. I am unable to take personal calls at my workplace. He harassed a coworker of mine, repetitively asking for my schedule and my whereabouts. It is against our policy to give out information regarding employees. Robert Giannotti did not respect my coworker and the policy she abided by. He continued to ask for me and my whereabouts.     This company keeps calling me over and over. They stepped across the line and took it too far when they contacted my ex mother in law, my sons grandmother. I have been divorced over 3 years. This obviously caused my ex to contact me and make me look bad amongst the entire family. I am mad and want them to pay.

    receiving collection calls and messages to my cell phone without giving them permission to do so. also they have called 4 days in a row leaving a voicemail each time on my cell phone again without any authorization. called and left a msg fri sat sun and Monday this last week. obviously harassment. I am a debt collector myself and would never call a debtor 4 days in a row and lmtc on a cell without permission. clear violations of the fdcpa here. all voicemails and calls from them are recorded and documented. thank you

    I short sold my condo in 2012. My 2nd loan with PNC was sold to NCB management debt collectors. I was told during my short sale negotiations that after the short sale completed the PNC debt could be settled at 10 cents to the dollar. My loan is at $40,000. I have been paying NCB 100/month and today tried to settle. They want 50% and nothing less. I want to give them $4,000 and they said PNC will not accept that. I would like to know my options on how to stop NCB from collecting. Or at least collecting to the extent they are looking to collect.     In 2008 I lost my job, like many others and over a period of months I fell behind on some payments with lenders. I worked with all my CC companies and loans and all but one worked me, Beneficial owned by HSBC at the time. I entered into a payment plan with them and made partial payments every month up until May 2012 when they sold the loan to a debt collector in CA(Curtis Barnes). I never had to deal with a debt collection agency before and after being contacted by them and bullied and threatened to pay, I paid them what I could initially as a good faith payment, then paid them whatever I could almost every two weeks when I got paid. I still received nasty calls from them though. In February of 2013 they stopped accepting my payments. About month later I received another series of nasty calls from another agency claiming they now had the collection note, but the amount they wanted was almost double the previous agency. I ignored them and tried to educate myself a bit on collection practices. I never received anything in writing from the second agency but after a month of non stop calls, they stopped calling. In April of 2013 another agency called me and sent me a letter claiming they now had the collection note. The amount was even higher than the second agency wanted. The first agency started out with an amount around $6000 and tacked on over $30 a day in their fees they said. The second agency came after me for $10, 900. The third agency, Asset Recovery, stated $11,700. My records indicted I owed less than $6000 when Beneficial sold the note off. Then in June/July of 2013 NCB Management services started calling me relentlessly. I spoke with a guy, Larry, and he was persistent and very good at gathering information from out talks. I stopped taking his calls because I never got anything in mail, as he stated he sent. After several weeks of calls, and telling them to stop calling me on my cell and work, I eventually got a generic type of lett er stating they were the debt collection company and I owed them around $6700. I decided to hire a lawyer to help and negotiate a settlement. I submitted all sorts of information to him to put together a settlement. I did not have a ton of money to work with and time is what I needed most. Hiring him did help the calls stop and buy me some time to gather some money for settlement. However, he wanted me to file for bankruptcy and I wouldn’t. I only had this one loan that was a problem. I brought all my other past due accounts current or paid them off. Since NCB Management has taken over the note, I go through periods of persistent calls and on occasion a letter will show up in mail for 50% off the balance they say I owe. They say they want to work with me but it’s on their terms. Their letters state there may be tax consequences if NCB has to file the amount in their taxes. During tax season of this year, 2015, I was trying to put together a settlement amount to settle this issue onc e and for all. However, I started getting strange calls from three different guys that would not state where they were from but said they were trying to locate me for important documentation that needed to be delivered to me and were looking for a mailing address for me. Those calls also went to my family and work numerous times. They came from a MD call exchange(saved in cell) but after some research I found they were calls from a debt collection agency out of NY affiliated with NCB Management. These guys called for several months but I never took their calls. My work and family told them to stop calling. I found it odd they had phone numbers c
