I need to speak to a supervisor at this collection agency. I called in to discuss a collection item I have, I was told I had two when I was under the impression I only had one. this gentleman was rude from hello, I was asking information on the 2nd item. I asked if I could just pay the one and let me do a little research on the other and he told me he couldn't he had to get payment on both. He tells me that he is going to note my account as 'refuse to pay', have a good day and he just hangs up. I called back to ask him why didn't he let me respond and just rudely hung up on me. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me there wasn't anyone for me to talk to, I said I know you answer to someone so let me speak to you supervisor. After telling me again there was no one else for me to talk to he placed me on hold for 5 minutes. There is a timer on my phone and I hung up after 5 minutes. I called back and specifically asked to speak to a supervisor, not a rep. I was transferred to another rude person, she answered the phone talking to someone else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked if she was a supervisor, she said yes and immediately placed me on hold!

Pro collect claims i owe thier client Money for a Energy bill But they refused to give me any information about it A few years ago my Information was stolen and a whole bunch of accounts we’re open with one address But they are refusing to give that address so I don’t know if is that when I’m not Last week I told him about this and they told me to send in the police report Before I could do that they sent a threatening letter When I called them about it they claimed that I said I didn’t want to pay the account nothing about it being fraudulent

Called today in an attempt to put money to some of my debt and they said the number I offered was unacceptable and flat out refused to accept payment also claimed they could only do payment arrangements for upto 12 months. They are not interested in any payments and are clearly around to only waste peoples time and harass them. When I questioned the guy working my account he flat out hung up on me.
