I received a collection letter from them stating I owe direct tv. Their letter does not have the required 30 days to dispute notice anywhere onit!

Hi i seen the complaint about prince parkers & associationes i recently got hurt I got behind on my phone bill and they keep harassing my husband at work. They keep calling him even when he explained that we have spoken with them!

There are two companies that call our phone repeatedly in the morning and evening. Most times, when we answer the phone, they are not even on the line, which I suspect are robocalls. The two are : Portfolio Recovery and Diversify Consultants. In 2016, Portfolio filed to sue us in court. We contacted them to tell them that I am on S.S.D. and my wife is on S.S.. In addition, we provided proof of our income and a listing of our debts as to why we could not pay. They dropped the case in court, but they continue to call and harass. Diversify Consultants call our home morning and night. We have recorded at least seven different phone numbers from them and five from Portfolio. There must be some relief from these random calls. Even when we prove our income, they still try to squeeze . We would like to know what can be done if anything.
