They called my number and when I asked who they were they hung up on me, when I called them back they still failed to identify themselves. I had to google the phone number to find out who they were. I know it is illegal for them to call my cell phone because I never gave them permission to!

Started getting calls today over stuff that I haven’t heard about in a long time that I thought wasvpaid - I thought it was for a bill that I’m fighting with the dr to get info for so I stopped the lady and she got nasty and was like “no how bout you pay your damn bills....” Very unprofessional plus the manager was just as bad.... when I tell them the VA is to pay and they are trying to make me pay it ... like trying to force me to pay but won’t give me a bill copy ...
