I'm just looking for information about dealing with Nationwide Credit Inc. Are you real person or is this some sort of automated service? Well, in 2008 I had a huge pay cut and became delinquent on my American Express Card when they cancleed my pay over time option and upped my minimum payment to over a 1000 dollars. I could no longer pay on this card at that rate. WHile I stayed current on all my other debts I just ignored amex and they ignored me for the most part. But i received a letter from Nationwide the other day and im not sure what i should do now. ABout 5 1/2 years after my last payment. Just that I have no problem paying this debt but it would have to be affordable and reasonable!

My husband received a call from 866-928-7445. The lady's name was Jeanette she proceeded to tell him about my personal information. I did not give her my husband's name or telephone or most specially my permission to speak with him regarding my personal business. He and I have separate accounts and I do not give anyone permission to speak with him. However, this Jeanette proceeded to explain to him about 3 accounts I have in collections. This is a violation against my personal rights and personal information. I would like someone to explain why my personal rights were violated. No one else is listed on my accounts and no one else is allowed to speak on my behalf. Very angry!!!! I am not running from my debt but releasing someone's personal information is against the law!!!! Thank you Marlana Franks
