Would you know anything regarding Cawley and Bergmanns right to sue me in the state of Texas. I have been being harrassed by them quite a bit. I owed a small amount to G.E. Money bank several years ago. I honestly totally forgot about it. But now I get a letter from their law firm. How would it work if they decided to sue me? Would they actually come all the way to Texas for less than $1000? BTW according to the letter they are from River Edge, New Jersey!
