Submitted Complaints

I keep receiving phone calls from 682-459-0851.

I was researching a phone number that has called me multiple times and I don't answer and usually they don't leave a voicemail and your Law Firm came up stating that it could possibly be car finance and that they may be harassing me. I don't know what the laws are on that so I just wanted to see more about it. Today when the number called it went to my voicemail apparently the person on the other end of the line was not aware that they were on my voicemail recording I have about a minute and 56 seconds of recorded disturbing / gross message. Calls many times a day. Never left a VM until today and it was by accident bc a ladys voice was talking about being out of candy, then said oh looks great u can't even tell its not real, and then there was a noise on the phone and she said "" I don't know who farted s*** dont look at me. Then silence for about 5 sec then she says "We went to Sonic." Also says something about $100. This is not in order, I'm just trying to remember what all was said. This was such a strange VM. I do have an acct with what used to be Car Finance but is now Flagship. Let me ask you, what is considered a harassing phone call or what they call a robocall? How many times a day can they legally contact me?!

I sent that to you earlier. Do you still have my information or do I have to send it again? This is concerning Flagship!

Flagship calls me from robo dialer multiple times per day even after leaving a voicemail.
