Debt collection harassment case against General Revenue Corporation

General Revenue Corporation is an education-based debt collection agency mainly based in Mason, Ohio. In January 2019, we represented a consumer in a Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) case against General Revenue Corporation. On their website, they claim to be one of the leading collection agencies nationally as well as the most experienced and trustworthy. Our cases with them in the past seem to indicate the contrary.
